When going out, turn off all lights, electronics, and lock all doors. |
| Noise |
Please be respectful of our neighbors! Always keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. |
| Pets |
Pets are not allowed. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is discovered inside the house an enhanced cleaning will have to be performed which may result in an additional $500 charged to you, the guest, and/or eviction from the property. |
| Security |
Sulphur is a relatively safe area, but keep in mind that it is a destination, which brings many travelers from all over. Be careful and always mind your surroundings and belongings. |
| Smoking |
Smoking is NOT permitted inside or outside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, an enhanced cleaning will have to be performed which will result in an additional $500 charged to you, the guest, and/or eviction from the property. |
